This is where you start the process of becoming your own health advocate. You will begin to experience mindset shifts, cultivate conquering your inner strength, and take on the identity of “I am going to do what I can to support my body.”

Step Three: Finding Rhythm

We’ll have two private one-on-one coaching calls per month to discuss your action steps for the week, move through any setbacks, and determine your next action steps. In this process, you’ll find rhythm and gain confidence to move from “I’m hopeless” to “I can do this!”

Step Four: Sustainability

Learn how to keep the momentum going and stay the course!
