What a health coach is NOT?
A health coach is not a doctor, therapist, nutritionist, dietician, or personal trainer. Therefore, I am not a medical professional and do not prescribe, treat, or tell clients what to do. I do not give answers but I guide clients through finding what they know within. What I do is support and empower clients to discover what is right for them on their health journey. I empower clients to learn, search for new options, advocate for their health, and integrate healthier habits that can make a positive impact on their health. It is the client’s responsibility to choose what they wish to implement.
